Peace Responsiveness

Individual Level

Individual attitudes, beliefs and mental models are at the core of decision making and shape organizational policies and practices. They are usually the strongest forces that hold existing structures and patterns in place. The peace responsiveness approach recognises the roles individuals play in influencing and shaping the overall architecture of organizations, the delivery of programmes and the wider system.

Interpeace builds the capacity and know-how of individuals to become change agents in their organizations and the contexts in which they work.
