The Geneva Gender Champions (#GVAGenderChamps) commits those at the highest levels of international organizations to gender equality. At Interpeace we are pleased to be part of this leadership network after Scott M. Weber, our Director-General, signed the pledge on behalf of the organization. “Gender equality is fundamental to achieving peace,” he said. “As part of the Geneva Gender Champions network, we have the opportunity to work together to focus our energies on achieving gender equality and implementing change, ensuring that international organizations in Geneva provide a strong example for others to follow.”
