March 2006 - This document reviews and evaluates the peacebuilding process in Guatemala. It specifically investigates the relevance of WSP International (now Interpeace) projects for MINUGUA's verification mandate and their impacts on the implementation of the Guatemala Peace Accords.

This first report is based on the analysis of internal documents and external evaluations and identifies the types of impact Interpeace programmes can have.
