Ilham Chahdi

My name is Ilham, based in Geneva, I am working as the Global HR Support Officer.  I have worked in a Human Resource capacity in the peacebuilding sector for several years. I am fully dedicated to bringing the support my colleagues need to realize their potential in order to deliver our mission and make a difference in the communities we serve.  I feel very proud to work at Interpeace, an organization in tune with my values for equity, integrity, and diversity. I love jogging and I believe that life is a marathon, not a sprint. I try to apply this belief in my work.

Kudiratu Adunni Lawal

Nigériane d’origine, je suis née et j’ai grandi en Côte d’Ivoire, mon pays d’adoption.

Ernest Dukuzumuremyi

Ernest Dukuzumuremyi is the Programme Manager of Interpeace’s Rwanda Programme. Prior to joining Interpeace, he served as a Researcher and the Great Lakes Peacebuilding Programme Manager at Never Again Rwanda where he contributed to the Participatory Action Research (PAR) processes and contributed to the establishment and facilitation of cross-border dialogue spaces for peace in Rwanda, Burundi and the DRC. He also contributed to different researches, policy monitoring and programmes evaluation in Rwanda and at the regional level, either as staff or independent Consultant for Government institutions, Non-Government Organisations and UN agencies, specifically UN Women –East & Central Africa Regional Office and the UN Trust Fund.

Ernest Dukuzumuremyi is a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rwanda; he graduated from Mount Kenya University in public health (MPH) with specialization in Epidemiology and he is also doing a Master Programme (M.A) in Peace Studies & Conflict Transformation at the University of Rwanda, through its Center for Conflicts Management (CCM).

Alejandro Morales

I was born in Guatemala. I am an electronics engineer and part of the Communications Team. I am passionate about technology and what it can do in a positive way for humanity. I have worked at Interpeace for many years always motivated by the peacebuilding work it does and what my work can contribute to achieve institutional objectives.

Sheillah Kemunto

I am Sheillah Kemunto, a Kenyan based in the Nairobi Office as a Finance support officer. I enjoy working with my colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations. I draw my passion from seeing change in people’s lives and it delights me to be part of a team working to foster peace around the world.
