The purpose of the 2009 Interpeace Partners Forum was to provide a space for reflection on the questions and challenges related to peacebuilding and statebuilding. Approximately 40 people from different sectors (governments, UN, EU, NGOs) came together to discuss the question how groups that have an influence in making or breaking the peace can be integrated into the peacebuilding process.
