{"id":16309,"date":"2024-05-13T22:58:42","date_gmt":"2024-05-13T20:58:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.interpeace.org\/?post_type=resource&#038;p=16309"},"modified":"2024-05-14T19:37:33","modified_gmt":"2024-05-14T17:37:33","slug":"from-participation-to-local-ownership","status":"publish","type":"resource","link":"https:\/\/www.interpeace.org\/fr\/resource\/from-participation-to-local-ownership\/","title":{"rendered":"De la participation \u00e0 l\u2019appropriation locale\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De f\u00e9vrier 2022 \u00e0 octobre 2023, dans le cadre du Consortium m\u00e9diation, sous le projet\u00a0<strong>\u00ab Soutien \u00e0 la m\u00e9diation pour la r\u00e9silience et la paix en Ituri et au Grand-Nord Kivu \u00bb<\/strong>financ\u00e9 par l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne et mis en \u0153uvre par Interpeace, Pole Institute, Action pour la paix et la concorde (APC) et le Centre pour la coop\u00e9ration internationale de la New York University, plusieurs activit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es. Elles allaient de consultations, \u00e0 une recherche action participative en passant par le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des acteurs locaux et l\u2019accompagnement des processus de m\u00e9diation\/dialogues.Toutes s\u2019inscrivaient derri\u00e8re la strat\u00e9gie nationale du Programme de d\u00e9sarmement, d\u00e9mobilisation, rel\u00e8vement communautaire et stabilisation (P-DDRCS) et les Plans op\u00e9rationnels provinciaux de ce dernier, dans les provinces du Nord-Kivu et Ituri. Tandis que la p\u00e9riode de mise en \u0153uvre du projet touche \u00e0 sa fin, les partenaires du consortium, en consultation avec les m\u00e9diateurs soutenus et d\u2019autres parties prenantes, ont identifi\u00e9 dix le\u00e7ons apprises au cours du processus de m\u00e9diation en Ituri et \u00e0 Beni. Ce rapport pr\u00e9sente celles-ci ainsi que les dispositifs qui les ont port\u00e9es. Il comprend \u00e9galement des descriptions de changements et d'impacts importants auxquels le projet a pu contribuer dans les zones d'intervention.
