{"id":8909,"date":"2020-04-07T17:12:12","date_gmt":"2020-04-07T15:12:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.interpeace.org\/?p=8909"},"modified":"2020-04-21T18:52:16","modified_gmt":"2020-04-21T16:52:16","slug":"interpeace-partnership-democratisation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.interpeace.org\/fr\/2020\/04\/interpeace-partnership-democratisation\/","title":{"rendered":"Interpeace and ECES form partnership to support democratisation processes in Somali Region"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Interpeace et le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eces.eu\/\">European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES)<\/a> have established a new partnership to reinforce support to electoral commissions in Somalia and Somaliland on their democratisation processes.<\/p>\n<p>For almost two decades, Interpeace has worked closely with electoral management bodies such as the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.slnec.com\/\"> National Electoral Commission (NEC)<\/a> of Somaliland since 2005 and the <a href=\"https:\/\/tpec.pl.so\/\">Transitional Puntland Electoral Commission (TPEC)<\/a> since 2013.
