He was assassinated on the morning of 6th April in his hometown of Garowe in Puntland.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We extend our deepest sympathy and condolence\u2019s to Ilkoasse\u2019s family, friends and colleagues.<br \/>\nIlkoasse was a pillar of the Puntland Development and Research Center.
