Le programme promeut les principes d'appropriation locale, d'inclusion, d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes, de participation et de transparence. Il met en \u00e9vidence les options pour le processus d'\u00e9laboration de la Constitution afin qu'il contribue au dialogue national, \u00e0 la recherche d'un consensus, \u00e0 une plus grande coh\u00e9sion sociale et politique, \u00e0 la gestion des conflits, \u00e0 la r\u00e9conciliation et au renforcement des principes et institutions d\u00e9mocratiques et de l'\u00e9tat de droit.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme soutient les acteurs locaux dans la conception et la mise en \u0153uvre de processus d'\u00e9laboration de Constitution participatifs et inclusifs. Il soutient \u00e9galement les politiques qui promeuvent les objectifs du programme. La promotion des outils d'orientation et de connaissances qui sont librement accessibles aux praticiens de l'\u00e9laboration de la Constitution est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de notre travail sur cette question.<\/p>\n<p>L' <a href=\"http:\/\/constitutionmakingforpeace.org\/the-constitution-making-handbook\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">manuel d'\u00e9laboration de la Constitution<\/a> est une ressource cl\u00e9 pour des discussions approfondies sur les risques, les opportunit\u00e9s et les options dans chaque phase d'un processus d'\u00e9laboration d'une Constitution.
