This paper captures the voices of young women and men from two cities \u2013 Nairobi, Kenya and Stockholm, Sweden \u2013 in a facilitated dialogue on their experiences of living in urban neighborhoods that are often defined by those outside them as \u2018vulnerable\u2019, \u2018unsafe\u2019 and \u2018at-risk\u2019. The brief offers a rich exploration of the universality of the YPS agenda across very different contexts, through the voices of young people from these different settings.
