Dans le district occidental des Montagnes, Interpeace et Indigo C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, avec le soutien de l\u2019UE, ont pu faire avancer la collaboration et davantage de confiance entre les autorit\u00e9s locales et les comit\u00e9s de paix dans neuf localit\u00e9s (les comit\u00e9s informels qui cherchent \u00e0 emp\u00eacher ou r\u00e9soudre les conflits locaux) dans l\u2019ouest de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. Ils ont pu \u00e9galement renforcer les comp\u00e9tences de gestion des conflits des membres des comit\u00e9s de paix cibl\u00e9s. La combinaison de ces deux am\u00e9liorations a abouti \u00e0 la diminution des tensions sociales dans les communaut\u00e9s cibl\u00e9es. Pour catalyser les changements positifs dans la r\u00e9solution des conflits et la coh\u00e9sion sociale, Interpeace et Indigo C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire vont faciliter encore davantage la collaboration entre les autorit\u00e9s locales et les comit\u00e9s de paix dans la r\u00e9gion.
