Cette r\u00e9gion est de plus en plus expos\u00e9e aux effets du changement climatique, qui accentue encore la concurrence pour les ressources naturelles. Il existe donc un risque majeur de conflits locaux et transfrontaliers, aggrav\u00e9 par l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 croissante et l\u2019augmentation du flux de personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es. Interpeace, en partenariat avec Indigo C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, m\u00e8ne depuis janvier 2023 une initiative visant \u00e0 promouvoir la stabilisation et la pr\u00e9vention des conflits violents gr\u00e2ce au renforcement de la r\u00e9silience, de la coh\u00e9sion sociale et de la coop\u00e9ration frontali\u00e8re entre ces deux pays.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dispositif a d\u00e9but\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion des Cascades, au Burkina Faso, dans les provinces de Como\u00e9 (commune de Niangoloko) et de L\u00e9raba (commune de Niankorodougou). En C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, le district des Savanes, dans la r\u00e9gion de Tchologo, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans le d\u00e9partement de Ouangolodougou (sous-pr\u00e9fectures de Toumoukoro et de Kaouara), a \u00e9t\u00e9 cibl\u00e9.\nCe projet identifie, construit ou r\u00e9habilite, de mani\u00e8re consensuelle et adapt\u00e9e au changement climatique, des infrastructures sociales et \u00e9conomiques autour desquelles se concentrent les conflits li\u00e9s aux ressources naturelles, tout en mettant en \u0153uvre les services correspondants.<\/p>\n<p>Cette approche s\u2019accompagne de la mise en \u0153uvre de mesures et de m\u00e9canismes visant \u00e0 promouvoir la coh\u00e9sion sociale, la pr\u00e9vention et le r\u00e8glement des conflits, notamment ceux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des ressources naturelles.
