2017 – The first phase of the Talo Wadaag (Social Contract) - Somali Peacebuilding and Democratisation Programme is launched. The multi-phase and multi-year programme focuses on strengthening the social contract between decision-makers and citizens by creating opportunities for collaboration and convergence among relevant stakeholders.
