Joanita Mwiza

I am Joanita Mwiza, the Gender and Inclusion Advisor at Interpeace Rwanda Office. I am passionate about doing human developmental work which portrays an equal and sustainable journey of serving humankind. I also derive fulfillment in uplifting and strengthening societal eco-systems through innovative gendered peace building. I love to interact with all kinds of people, and I pride myself in expounding on my daily life experiences and enjoy a dance while at it.

Renee Mandela Mutabazi

I am a Rwandan, currently serving as a Finance Officer at Interpeace. In this role, I contribute to organizational success by handling accounting tasks. I am a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA. Outside my professional life, I am passionate about music as a form of entertainment, a noteworthy aspect. I enjoy contributing to efforts aimed to promote lasting peace and sustainable development on the African continent, in general and in my country in particular.

Deborah Kayinamura

I am Deborah Kayinamura, the Human Resources Officer based in Kigali, Rwanda. Fostering positive workplace environments and supporting organisational success is my passion and I am dedicated to aligning HR practices with organisation’s vision. I look forward to further enhancing HR practices that contribute to Interpeace's continued success.

Margret Mahoro

Margret Mahoro is a professional educationalist, a researcher and a passionate peacebuilding practitioner who is committed to contributing to social transformation endeavors in post-conflict societies. She holds a Master Degree of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and has over 15 years of working experience in university teaching, peacebuilding, and governance research. Margret has a good understanding of Rwandan social and political context particularly on issues pertaining to participatory governance, societal healing and resilience. Prior to joining Interpeace, Margret successively worked with local government entities, National University of Rwanda, Never Again Rwanda and Alight (formerly American Refugee Committee).

Rachel Litoroh

I am Rachel Litoroh, the Global Design Monitoring Evaluation Reporting and Learning Officer, based in Nairobi. I am passionate about measuring the impact of interventions in communities and sharing the lessons learnt with project stakeholders. This fosters ownership of initiatives at all levels, improved programming, and sustained impact in the long run.

Florence Wangechi

I am Florence Wangechi, a Kenyan based in the Nairobi Office. I play the crucial role of supporting the organisation’s financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of Interpeace’s financial systems. I am proud to be part of the Interpeace team and work alongside talented individuals dedicated to making a difference. Together, we are fostering peace, resilience, and sustainable development in communities affected by conflict.
