Anisha is the Head of Human Resources at Interpeace since February 2021, bringing over 15 years of international HR experience across the humanitarian and corporate sectors. She has a strong track record in global HR operations, recruitment, internal policy development, and leading HR teams in complex, multicultural environments.

Her career spans both headquarters and field settings, where she has supported diverse teams and championed people-centered, inclusive HR practices. She is passionate about fostering inclusive workplace cultures, empowering employee’s growth and driving meaningful organisational change.

Before joining Interpeace, Anisha coordinated global HR initiatives at GlaxoSmithKline, contributed to HR policy development and recruitments at the Humanitarian Dialogue Center, and managed HR and finance operations in field missions with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Earlier in her career, she held several HR roles at Nestlé International HQ, in global mobility, recruitment, and administration.
