2023: Interpeace and the African Development Bank (AfDB) sign a memorandum of understanding, affirming their joint commitment to grow Peace Finance as a thematic investment approach through the Finance for Peace initiative. The initiative focuses on embedding peace responsiveness into the Bank’s strategies and processes, and developing market intelligence to build on-the-ground networks and capacities to execute peace-positive operations. The following years see Interpeace and AfDB complete a flagship assessment entitled Fostering Peace-Positive Private Sector Development and Investment in Mozambique.
