Interpeace response to COVID-19
March 19, 2020
In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Interpeace has temporarily closed all its offices worldwide, and all staff are working online. We have ceased all international and domestic travel by our staff and consultants, and we have cancelled either participation or organisation of large gatherings/events by our staff.
Whilst Interpeace has initially taken these measures until the end of March 2019, the rapidly changing and growing impact of the pandemic means that it is likely that Interpeace will continue to advance its peacebuilding work in this way, particularly ‘teleworking’, into April 2020 and possibly beyond.
Meanwhile, all Interpeace teams are reviewing the full breadth of our peacebuilding work in the field as well as our peacebuilding policy and thought leadership projects. Interpeace is in regular contact and consultation with its supporters and partners as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve.
