Our Funding

Interpeace would like to thank all individuals, governments, multilateral organizations and foundations that have supported and continue to support our programmes through their voluntary contributions.

Our 2012 expenditure was USD 20 million.

Interpeace is audited on a worldwide basis by KPMG. Our 2012 financial reports were, for the fourth year, in accordance with the highest financial reporting standard – International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Our latest Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report is available upon request.

In 2010 the organization also received ZEWO certification demonstrating our commitment to maximize transparency for our donors.

Interpeace would like to thank all who support the organization for their commitment to building lasting peace.

Interpeace has a donor committee limited to the donors of Interpeace. The committee provides advice to the Secretariat on the ‘Programme of Work and the Budget' prepared by the Secretariat for the following year. They consider fundability of the budget and programmatic priorities, and also actively support the Secretariat in securing financial resources.

Interpeace had undertaken a private fundraising initiative to respond to the anticipated need to build up a regular source of private unrestricted income that can complement traditional governmental and inter-governmental funding so ensuring an additional stable financial basis for institutional core costs and those activities that need to be funded from unrestricted funds.
