26 May 2011 - Interpeace releases 'Building a future of peace: a comprehensive set of policy proposals for the prevention of youth violence in El Salvador', the second in a series of policy documents focused on developing constructive, lasting solutions to this persistent issue.

08 June 2012 - Peace One Day and Interpeace team up to launch the Global Truce 2012 NGO Coalition on Tuesday 12 June 2012 in support of Peace Day.

At least 1.5 billion people live in conflict affected and fragile states and are currently in urgent need of peace. Peace One Day led the initiative to establish the first ever annual day of global ceasefire and non-violence. It was unanimously adopted by the United Nations member states making 21 of September known as ‘Peace Day’. Now each year, Peace Day is celebrated around the world.

4 February 2011 - Events in Egypt and across the region are showing once again that people from all sectors and levels of society need to feel they have a stake in their future. Interpeace, one of the world’s largest peacebuilding organizations, has been working across the globe to enable societies to create the constructive socio-political dynamics that contribute to a peaceful future. 18 March 2011 - In response to the urgent need for prevention policies to address youth and youth gang related violence in Central America, the document '12 Strategies' detailing preventative policy proposals was positively received by representatives of the Guatemalan Government.

31 August 2011 - Violent deaths and homicide figures continue to sprial in Honduras. Youth are the ones most affected. Today Interpeace, an international peacebuilding organization, launches two new reports. The first captures the latest on the Honduran context and the second details proposals for the prevention of youth related violence.
